First, April came out and did a thorough assessment of my attic space and listened to my needs. She was patient and answered all my questions. She sent me the proposal, and it was a very good price. I spoke to her and she explained everything very clearly. Today Jeff and Tristan came to my home for spray insulation. I'm very happy with them and the service they provided. They were thoughtful/conscientious and asked me to remove runners and artwork to protect everything. Then they ran plastic down the entire hallway/work area. They were fast too! After they finished they suggested I look up in the attic to see their work. So I did. From my novice eyes, I could see they followed the proposal, using batting where specified between wall openings, attic opening and glued it on the attic door. Then they cleaned up! Wow! The entire experience was awesome! All 3 were very professional and so nice! I highly recommend J&L and will tell my friends and family. "My A rating will go to Isaac and his people! Isaac is very pleasant man that we had the chance to hire and work with. Not only he arrived to our house early at the day of our appointment, but he also was more time with us than after he finished the inspection and explaining us his reveals and what is the real problem at our attic and what’s are the options. besides the filthy attic and bad insulation, our attic had a water damage that was caused by rodents chewing one of our pipes. After an hour of talking, we came up with a strategy that was to get rid of them first and then do the work right away. On the day of the work, the team and Isaac arrived on time and removed all the attic material. As soon as it was done, they rodent proofed the entire house, cleaned and sanitized the attic and installed new batt insulation. They even gave us a warranty for the work. The follow-up checking was done a week ago and we were confirmed that our home is free rodents again."

They finished the job ahead of schedule, preserved all of my 70 in-ground plants, some close to the house, replaced rotted wood, were professional and expert. The final cost was the same as the bid--no add-on costs, even though they did additional work. There was a thorough daily clean-up. Weathermaster did my relatives' roof 10 years ago and they did a great job then. I highly recommend this family business."
