"Met with Gregg, discussed our plans and he then thoroughly checked out the house. He consulted with his office when he had questions regarding such things as the electrical panel capacity etc. The crew was very professional. They always called ahead to let us know they were coming; the communication from all those at ASI was outstanding. They installed new ductwork, new furnace and compressor unit and insulated the attic all in two days. They were all very responsive in answering our questions and concerns getting the system adjusted to our liking. They made sure we were satisfied 100% before they left."

"We needed a new roof for our house. Our ‘old’ roof had few leaks and several problems that required the replacement with a new one. The last rain resulted in a water leak to the bedrooms area. So, we called Landmark construction energy upgrade because they did our neighbor's roof a year ago and they gave us an estimate at that time. This time, they just updated the estimate and they were able to lower it, which was cheaper than the other estimates we got. The good feeling was much better because it’s a family business who not only give the bid but do the work. No hard sell here or having the bid from one guy but the work is with unknown others - as it was with other bids. Landmark did the job so good and very fast as well which was awesome! The workers from Landmark made sure to clean the roof and they did a quality work. The roof was a mess with lots of humps, bumps and terrible pad for the Air conditioning. They rebuilt it all, and had people who came to do specialty tasks, such as hooking up the dish, the air conditioning condenser etc.… More than that, they also fixed the gutters and made sure they are connected correctly. All in all, this project is complete and done. We are no longer have to deal with the old roof and leaks for at least for 20 years. Before we did the new roof, The office staff helped us with the Cool Roof rebate from the power company and the federal tax rebate for an Energy Star roof, both of which we were not aware. Landmark construction energy upgrade are now our roofers who did a great work and have other great contractors to supplement for special tasks and run an all-around energy efficient business. If we ever move or we have a natural disaster, we know who will work for us."

"They did a fabulous job on the analysis. They were here for 5 and a half hours so it was very thorough. They tested the air flow through the ducts and everything. I was blown away by the thoroughness for the analysis. They were extremely professional and explained why they were recommending what they recommended. "It went very well. Everyone was very informative. They kept me up to date with the process and whenever I had a question, they were really prompt with their answers whether by email or phone. They were on time when they say they will begin work and the guys that installed my solar panel and inverters were very clean. I mentioned that I'm very worried about leaks because my son is very sensitive to mold and they made sure to seal everything very well n show us the work they've done and ask if we see anything that needs to be addressed. I was very pleased with the whole process. And it was easy, they took care of everything."

"The job took almost two full days to complete, a little longer than expected.  In part, it was due to the unexpected rough opening enlargement that needed to take place.  Kerry and his associates took care of it in a professional manner.  By the end of the first day, the new door was already in place, with a new lock installed.  The next day (Sunday, I really appreciated Kerry spending most of his weekend to complete the job), was devoted to installing casing, external trim, sealing and painting.
I had to pitch in on the door delivery from the local hardware store and on the lock installation, but I am happy with the overall result.  The door looks professionally installed and has a nice, solid feel to it when opened or closed.  Kerry had lots of previous experience with similar projects, and it shows.
