On this rare occasion almost 3 years after the installation, the hardware got stuck and I was not able to open or close my back door. But A1 came out and repaired the door at no charge to me. He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door.
