"A Pleasure to Work With Brady from Hi Tide Tech was a pleasure to work with. I contacted him about evaluating my TVs, which were not working, after a thunderstorm. He said he would hate to charge me for a service call just to tell me I needed new TVs, which I really appreciated. He told me how to troubleshoot them myself. As it turns out, I did indeed need new TVs, so I contacted him again about installing the new TVs, which included picking them up from the retailer, and taking the damaged TVs to a shop that could evaluate them and who would fill out FPL’s form so I could submit a claim. I had a narrow window in which to pick up the new TVs from the retailer. Brady was quite flexible and able to meet my targeted date. Additionally, because of some construction work nearby, the internet went out and he was able to set up the new TVs using a hotspot. This was a good experience, and, his price was reasonable!"
