"I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced. They never tried to oversell or tried for other extra expenses that most plumbing companies here in town are so famous in trying to push towards you when they come for such jobs. I highly recommend this company to all - and have passed their info to all my friend and family. I will be using them only for all my HVAC, plumbing jobs - and they even do electric jobs as well. The staff at the office (Gina/Casey/Yandai) over the phone - are very professional and courteous as well - and the best part is their appointment system - they have text message reminder 24 hours ahead - and also when the tech is in route - they inform you with their profile picture and name and bio details, so you know when and who is arriving at your door step. "The most trustworthy, reliable and competent outfit. They kept me appraised at all steps of the repair. Highly professional. They replaced the Freon, coil and filter. It was under warranty, I purchased the a/c from them 11 or 12 years ago and it was still under warranty so I only paid for the Freon. My home warranty under American Home Shield quoted me just under $2000 so this was a no brained. I am a confident D and H client and will continue to rely on their expertise, professionalism and compassionate service. Parts had to be ordered so I was without a/c during the 110 degree heatwave. No worries! D and H brought me at no charge a large portable A/C unit so we managed just fine. I highly recommend D and H!"

"They where on time and professional. They did A Walk Thru with me to let me know were everything was going to be Installed and ask If I had any questions . At that time I didn't. They also did a Walk Thru with me after it was all done to make sure I was comfortable with the work and asked me if I had any questions, Which I did ..... how do I work the new thermostat and they took the time to show me how to use it and make sure I was comfortable with the new system and thermostat before they left. I would totally hire them again and I plan on it."

"The two men were punctual , friendly and professional . There was a glitch in that their vacuum after applying shampoo was not working , there it took long than normal to clean moletecthe job . My only complaints my is it took literally days for the carpet and upholstery to dry ,, I believe this was because of the faulty vacuum"

"Trusted does good work but their prices are very high. The original cost of this visit was approximately $400 and after we complained about the excessive cost, we were given a small discount. Our neighbor received an estimate for a new AC system and was quoted ~&7,000; however, a new Trane system was installed by Oasis for ~$3,000.
They do know what they are doing, but it they are very busy in the summer and they are expensive.

"We have two heating/cooling units and each were about 30 years old. We had another company come out to service them and were told that they should be replaced. Thus began the search for a company to do the work. We got several bids, and once we got over the sticker shock, we called Perry. Perry's technician/salesman told us that the old units could, in fact, be serviced and we could continue to use them for awhile; however, we decided against this move because of their age and their inefficiency. We were offered several options at several prices and found them reasonable when compared to the other bids we received. Before we committed, we did an internet search and chose the units we felt were best for us. As the day for installation grew closer, we received a few phone calls and they determined that they would need to bring in a crane to place the units, but there was no extra charge for this. In addition, they removed a cooler that hadn't been used in years, and they fixed the duct work where it had been. You can't even tell we ever had an evaporative cooler. There was no extra charge for this, either. Once the units were installed the technician showed us how to work the new thermostats and set up the app on our phones. We have been delighted ever since. We are now cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Our bills have gone down and the systems are very quiet. Many of our friends have some kind of horror story about air conditioning, and ours is a fairy tale by comparison. We recommend Perry Heating and Cooling to everyone and will continue to do so."
