"Robert is amazing. He will come give a free estimate, so you always know what you're signing up for. We had a rocking toilet that several other plumbers had failed to fix, and he quickly figured out the issue and resolved it. He also figured out a strange issue with the water pressure for our kitchen faucet, including replacing the shutoff valves and installing a new faucet. When our basement was flooding and we couldn't figure out why, he was the first person we called and he was able to get out to the house later that same day. It was all very mysterious, but he thought it might be a clog in our main drain so he referred us to someone who could snake the drain and didn't charge us a penny himself.
