"I recently worked with Trust1 Services and the experience was fantastic. A technician came to my home and informed me that my system was outdated and broken. They provided me with options to either repair or replace it, but without any pressure. We decided to go with the replacement as it was the more economical choice in the long run. During the process, the owner, Anthony, stopped by to check on the job and express his gratitude for our business. He even brought pizza from Town Spa after learning that it was my favorite place. "The provider came out to prepare my toilet because it was leaking in the basement. Overall, I thought the process went well. He could not get the valve beside the toilet to turn off so he turned off my main water valve to the house. He only opened up the faucet upstairs unit Downstairs unit was not open and my water heater, which is electric was not turned off now I m getting an alarm on my water heater saying it has been compromise. I consulted a plumber and was told that the water heater should ve been turned off because it s electric and he should ve bled the water heater After he turned the water back on. So the alarm is still on my water heater."

"I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."
