"CUSTOMER SASTIFACTION!!!! that is #1 on this companys mind no matter what. I am 27 years old and own my home and not once ever felt taken advantage of or pressured into doing anything. I own a very old home built in 1937. I called John because I have a closet that was extremely cold even had ice on the INSIDE of my closet during a cold winter. I called in the afternoon on a Sunday we talked on the phone for at least a 45 min discussing my problem and explaining every option. I told him I didn't know what I wanted to do but asked him if he could come by and look at my closet. He said sure no problem by 4 pm he was there. Now I am about an hour away.....which nether of us realized at the time but as he said he came. He assessed my problem with a thermal heat gun and told me what he thought and what he could do for reasonable price. He sprayed foam in every external wall of the closet as well as spraying a gap outside of the house on the walls too. It worked pretty well. He called me the very next day to ask how things were and I told him the areas on which he sprayed seemed good and much warmer. The floor of my closet was still slightly cold which I had told him and he said yea he was afraid of that. (Which I decided against when he origanlly told me). But guess what he immeaditly told me he would come back the following weekend and spray the floor as well at no additional charge!!!....i guess I should have listened to him to begin with......i am so thankful I found an honest company that goes above and beyond. thanks so much john"

"Mike Gervasi is a gentleman, a professional, and a very good communicator.  His crew did an excellent job - they were always on time, responsive to my questions and concerns, and paid attention to detail.  Every step of the way I felt I was in good hands with Mike and his crew.  They are a cut above the rest and I would not hesitate to recommend Egg Energy Systems to others. <br /> <br /> As with every job, things come up.  In this case, my concerns were about trim materials being used that were not up to my standards, and insisting on no seams in the siding, or at least as few seams as possible, which requires longer siding pieces (at an extra cost) and care on the installer's part.  Mike was always responsive to my concerns.  He will bend over backwards to make sure that the work and finished product is to the homeowner's satisfaction.  And it must be said that my concerns were never about the quality of the installation, which was expert, nor about a worry that Mike would not work hard to honor my requests.   The foreman, Santos, knows his stuff and was detail oriented, which was a relief.  His crew also finished an expert job ahead of schedule.  They left my home spotless at the end of each work day, and at the completion of the job.   <br /> <br /> As always, it's best for the homeowner to be as educated as possible about products; and as I have learned on this project, there are many options for siding and especially for trim.  Mike spends a lot of time talking through all of those details.  The more you as a consumer know, the more he will be able to help you get what you want.  Mike and his crew will do whatever is needed to get it right, even if it means redoing something. "From the beginning Brooklyn Soundproofing and Insulation was on top of the job. I had a home estimate and from the first day to the end, the company's performance was over 100%. They said the job would take 3 days and it took only 3 days. I had to soundproof my wall in my living room because I could literally hear my next door neighbor breathing as well as having temper tantrums every other day. They cleared out the space and kept the work in an enclosed area to prevent the dust from spreading through the apt. The workers were amazing and they did a great job putting a soundproof wall over my existing wall in the living room. <br /> After the wall was completed, I couldn't even tell that a new wall was installed.
