"Four men arrived early and went right to work. All insulation was pulled out, bagged and taped and hauled away. They came back for day 2 and spread the plastic, stone, installed new sump pump, dug the pipe line for the french drain, and replaced sod back in the ground over the pipe. They finished midday and cleaned everything up. We were very impressed with their work ethic. Kudos to them!"

I called every 24 hour plumber I could find in Louisville. Then I tried Becht/Givens. I received a follow up call in under 30 minutes. Anthony Owen was very patient with me, while I was panicked. He explained pricing from the simplest problem, to replacing the whole thing. He came out, found it to be a very simple issue, fixed it, re lit the water heater. All of this ....in less than 2 hours. I will always use these guys from here on out. Didn't try to stick me with unnecessary crap. Very respectful. And ...oh yeah....less than 100 bucks. Thank you."

"Eric was great; he came out and actually measured the area in need of repair, giving a very accurate estimate for the project.  He even came back to the house when rain interfered with getting on the roof.  Even with the spring storms he was able to have my project completed within the time frame he initially gave.  My wife and I are very impressed with the work and the house looks much better.  He even added trim to areas along the roof that previously did not have trim; which balances the look of the house.
