I had called a Kirkland company who came out diagnosed the issue and charged me an exorbitant amount. However after I informed them it was registered and parts were under warranty they dropped me like a hot potato and never called back. On the other hand Victoria at Evergreen called me regularly to update on the warranty and parts and scheduled a full day repair with Jesse, an excellent technician.
