"I received multiple bids for a simple 1 to 1 swap out of our 13 year old water heater that finally burst. We have a toddler so getting a fix quickly was a priority. Other companies had options, but they would require additional work or were far more expensive than my initial research showed. Rooter-Man was courteous, upfront, and honest about what they could provide. A quote was provided on the spot with no "hidden fees" or "gotcha" moments. Jake, the installer, was professional and efficient. When all was said in done in a few hours there were no surprises and exactly what was promised.
