"So far, the mini split air A/C I had placed is working as I had planned. They arrived on time. The installation went smoothly. The servicemen were efficient and polite. Made very little mess in bedroom where the unit was installed and they cleaned up inside and outside of the house. I was familiar with using split A/C from traveling in Europe but they explained how to use it and answered all of my questions. Would recommend. I think my project cost is correct ."

"Our HVAC system was ailing and Godby did a fantastic job from top to bottom. They diagnosed that it needed to be replaced (not repaired), were clear about our options in terms of size / SEER, and were generally excellent in terms of customer service. Their price was more than reasonable - actually the lowest bid we received on the job. Install was professional, quick, thoughtful with regards to our family's space and time. The unit works incredibly well, and the follow-up customer service has been excellent as well. Highly recommend Godby."
