"Customer service is excellent, job was very neat. Replaced all of my old electrical wires to the new air conditioner. Still waiting on the house to get cool"

"They cost just a bit more, but you'll be glad you did. Great company from contact to invoice and beyond. Technician communicated through all facets of the service and repair."

"This was both heating and air conditioning replacements. They came out for the service call on time and in a timely manner. My units had not been replaced since the home had been built in the 1970s so it was past time. Mr. Ball came out and gave me an estimate on both to repair and to replace my units and so with the information he provided we agreed to go ahead and replace feeling better at having more energy efficient units and warranty as well. I would highly recommend him and his team for any and all HVAC service anyone might need."

"Such a nice guy! He serviced my heat/air unit and did a great job. Definitely recommend."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I couln't be happier or more impressed. Daniel was great with his communication, punctuality, respectfulness, knowledge of my unit, and fair pricing. He fixed my problem in less than 45 minutes. My house hasn't been this cold since 2014! He will be returning in the fall to replace this 34-year-old heat pump just in time for crisp fall temperatures. He definitely rescued my old, worn-out unit and I am living the dream with cold air again! Do yourself a favor and call him."

"We had some problems scheduling but once we were able to connect the HVAC pro came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem, then fixed it (it WAS a clogged drain line after all which he determined by exercising the pump). Because I had a service contract they did not charge me."
