"I called to set up an estimate on a Friday which was scheduled for the following Monday. I was considering both attic and wall insulation. Mark arrived Monday on time and confirmed with texts as follow ups. He quickly determined that I already had some insulation inside my walls and evaluated my attic space. He said there wasn't much and was likely the original insulation from when the house was built in the 1960s. The estimate came in at just over $1000 which was quite reasonable based upon similar quotes I had read online for similar sized houses as mine. It would also bring the insulation level to the recommended level by PG&E, just above code. When he looked at his team's schedule they had an opening the next day in the morning which worked out quite well for me. The team of 3 arrived on time and the job was completed with an hour to go of the allotted time. I was told that I should easily notice a difference as what was there was not much and the results would seem to be "night and day" compared to what I was used to. True to this claim yesterday (first day of summer 2018) was the first real test of heat with Concord peaking at about 105̊but inside was a good 20̊cooler than outside keeping the inside of my house much more comfortable than previous to my insulation upgrade. I was waiting for such a result before posting this review. I highly recommend All Seasons! Thanks guys!"

We were able to get a good deal from this company after we reached them via a referral.  <br /> The work that they did was very good and professional. there were several employees at the house for the 2 days work that they did. We do recommend this company for any insulation replacement that you may need. <br />"

At the start of each day, they explained what they were going to do, which helped us better understand the process/progress. Not being up in the attic during the process, it is hard to evaluate work quality. However, based on their work ethic, viewing from the attic entrance, and your reviews on Angie's List, I am confident they did an excellent job. Brian was very helpful. I explain some special situations like a bathroom vent that could provide rodent access. I expected to have to remind Brian at the end of the project, but to my pleasant surprise, there was no need. He solved the problem to our satisfaction. Brian mentioned that he was going to take pictures of some of the completed stages of the project for us to see. "They said that they couldn't give an estimate until they did an evaluation. I am sure that the pictures he showed me were, in fact, my attic. But they said that they couldn't do the deal that I'd purchased for $149 because of the situation in my attic. This seemed like a complete bait-and-switch operation. The representative was very nice and not at all high pressure. They wanted to remove all old insulation and damage from rats, seal up the holes, treat with rat repellent and blow in new insulation. I approved the work they outlined. They did the work, showing me pictures of the finished product. I am still unsure if they sealed my ducts, which is concerning since they blew in loose fiberglass. They seemed a little skittish about giving me the product information that they were using, but they did tell me. After they left, I wanted the specific brand and company manufacturing info, which they said they'd mail to me. They never have sent that to me."

"We got them through web search. They were excellent. We have a house that was built in the mid sixties. The central heating was not balanced at all. The top floor would get very hot and the bottom floor would stay very cold. The previous owner had replaced some windows but not all with double paint. The checked out where the energy loss was in the house. They were very transparent and they showed us all the results. They prioritized various things that could be done; some things that they do and some things that they don't do. We were planning on doing some remodeling anyway and it wasn't a big deal for us. They did a good job. They delivered what they promised. They were good about scheduling things and working with us. We were very happy with everything that they did. We used them for different things like energy audit, rebalancing our central heating that included new duct work and sealing up the gas in the house. The audit was about $250 and all together it was $7000. They also did other little things. The price was fair. They were able to quantify what it would cost. They prioritized and allowed you to make the choices. Some of the work was done by other contractors."
