"Called Air America at 10am and they said they could have a tech out by noon. Tech called right before he arrived and he arrived promptly at noon. Jack was the technician. I can't praise his work and demeanor enough. He had to climb into the attic to replace a fuse on the handler and replace a piece on the condenser as well. All total he was done in a little over an hour. Another company had told me I had a leak in the compressor and even tough it was under warranty they wanted $1k to replace it. I asked Jack to check it out. He verified that I had good pressure and confirmed I still had 4.5 years on the warranty, so his suggestion was wait until it had a problem cooling and then think about it getting it replaced. I have always had good luck with Air America, and Jack is a super addition to their team. I would not hesitate to call a company as honest and prompt as they are. Do yourself a favor and use Air America!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount.
