The build did not always go according to plan and it did end up taking longer than anticipated, but that is to be expected with construction projects - especially in this worker & supply-limited climate. Despite delays and setbacks, Khaled always has his customer's interest at heart, and will make sure that the work is done well. I contacted Decked Out Design to build a new deck.  Scott from Decked Out Design contacted me, set up an appointment for a visit to discuss my deck project.  Scott arrived on time for our appointment, we discussed my ideas of floor material and railings, Scott entered all the information into his program and showed me a deck design including a gate to keep my dogs safely on the deck.  It was exactly what I had envisioned the deck would look like, great job Scott. 
Next step was for his builder to contact me to visit the site and set a start date. Jim (the builder) contacted me and came out to go over the details of the deck project and set a date.  Jim and his crew arrived as scheduled, on time and ready to tackle the demolition of my old deck and ready to give me a new deck. 
Jim and his crew displayed professional workmanship and had the utmost respect for my property.  Jim informed me daily on the progress of the deck, and kept Scott updated as well.  Jim went over some ideas he had for the gate, he proposed a self closing gate so the dogs would not follow me off the deck.  Turned out to be great and exactly what I needed.  The project was always on tract as it was outlined from the beginning and completed as promised.

Arthur answered my query within a day. Celso was out to look at requirements and prepare a quote with another couple of days.

Ede came in and removed all cabinet doors and drawers and took them to the Bright shop for prep work and spay painting.

Ede and Sam came back with the doors and drawers and worked very hard for 2 days, taping, covering priming sanding  and finishing. The doors and drawers were re-installed and the entire area thoroughly cleaned.

We could not be happier. The guys took off their shoes while in the house, were friendly and could not do enough for us. There was one minor issue that was my fault and they came back within a day and took care of it.

"I have hired painters in the past and there work wasn't as good this guys. I needed some small wall repair.and some trim installed and two rooms painted ceilings trim and walls . I really liked how he listened to my request. And had a very professional way about him.his work I have to say was excellent. I can't wait to have him back again to do more."
