The previous installer did not do a good job and my floor was uneven and breaking and looked awful. Tom and his installers took off the old floor, leveled and repaired the sub floor and expertly installed the new floor. It looks fabulous and we love it! "I have done a lot of home renovation projects in the past, and I wish ALL contractors were like Mike. From start to finish of this ENORMOUS project, Mike was amazing to work with. He showed up when he said he was going to show up, he responded promptly to emails and texts, and he remembered all of the little details that we discussed along the way. His estimate was accurate and included all of the components that we talked about, and then we made some adjustments to the original estimate, which were also perfectly captured. And on top of all that, his quote/estimate was one of the most reasonable ones that we received (and we got 6 quotes). He was so knowledgeable with the information and advice that he provided, and I had complete trust that he would do a superb job. We had to move out of the house while the work was ongoing. He kept in touch the entire time, providing updates regularly. I never doubted that things were going well and according to plan. My husband and I hired Allegiant Flooring Services to install a ceramic tile backsplash in our newly remodeled kitchen. "The house was a bit of a challenges because there were multiple woods (oak, maple, and pine). Getting a stain to match across all these woods wasn't easy. We were also between a few colors, so it was hard to decide. Anh was very accommodating and gave us samples from the workshop as a starting point. We got a shortlist from that, which he then put as samples on the floor so we could really see what it would look like. We made lots of iterations which he was happy to do. The crew finished the work in less than a week. They were prompt and available when promised. Every day they cleaned up their work. In short, we're very happy with the results. Anh was also one of the more reasonable quotes from the list of 4 that we received (his quote was clear/concise and prompt). He was also a referral from a friend, so that made our choice even easier."

"My husband and I wanted to build a new 3 season porch to replace our deck that failed. We interviewed 3 companies to perform the work. We choose Durable Remodeling. Dean Willette discussed the project taking the time to understand what were the key aspects of the project. He then discussed the options that were available to so we were able to make informed decisions throughout the process. The quote was very competitive. Since the deck would cover the outside entrance to our basement a trapdoor needed to be built into the floor. The drawings our architect drew had a spot for the door but the design would have been too heavy to open. Dean designed the door so it was both structurally sound and functional. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and professional. The team showed up when committed, the team was knowledgeable and respectful. I always had a way to get in touch with someone to discuss any concerns I may have. When the work finished my house looked fabulous! The work was top notch. During one of the walkthroughs with the crew and the town inspectors, the inspector stopped in to tell me what a good job the team was doing. We really appreciated that. He was extremely patient with installing the backsplash making it perfectly straight even around windows and corners.
