"The job proceeded perfectly from appointment setting to finish. Owner (Tom) came to the house to complete estimate, advised us exactly what we needed (men in our home are mechanics which helped in evaluating service). They installed new heat & air in the attic (previously in garage), installed new ductwork, new thermostat, and a new compressor outside. Job was completed in very timely fashion. Of course they also hauled off the old equipment. We waited a couple of weeks to review to allow us to experience system at work. Today it was over 90 degrees and system is handling it beautifully. System is virtually silent. I know it's running if air is blowing on me. It's even quiet (not silent, naturally, but quiet) when standing in the attic. In other words, components were installed/fitted/tightened well. Owner and crew were knowledgeable and professional. I have already recommended them to others. We are quite pleased."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Charlie was wonderful in troubleshooting our issue. Although the issue wasn't able to be fixed straight away due to parts having to be ordered, he provided a temporary solution that was satisfactory until parts arrived. With temperatures below 30, he was a life savior. He also helped us on the same-day appointment on a Saturday. The best part of this experience, was Charlie also solved other issues that he had noticed with the moisture senors, which saved a potential problem with the AC come summer. "I cannot say enough about Comfort Express. They installed our Geothermal system 11 years ago and we continue to have them service the unit each year. This year we had a link in our A/C system. They were prompt, professional and (above all) honest. I like the fact that they take the time to answer all of our questions and provide multiple options for repair. 
Of course our A/C went down on the hottest day of the year and we would have paid (almost) anything to get it going again. We were pleasantly surprised that the actual fee was half of the estimate.

This provider was assigned to me as part of my home warranty, so the service fee was a flat 75.00. I called because there was a musty odor coming from my heating unit. The tech was very helpful and detailed in his investigation. It turns out the pea trap that the heater and humidifier was draining into was dry. The tech went into the crawlspace to check out the pipes. He hooked up a temporary fix by adding some extra piping near the drain by the heater where I could add additional water to the pea trap. The real fix would need to be done by a plumber.

"Left Handyman Matters a note on Angie's web site and Jill called me the next day to set up an appointment.  We set for the following day at 8:00 a.m.  Mike called me that evening to confirm the appointment and showed up exactly at 8 the following day.  Mike reviewed the situation and discussed what was needed with me and went to work.  He cleaned off and sealed the area where water appeared to be coming in and showed me some termite damage around the window.  After the next rain I will let him know if seal is holding okay and then he will come back out and repair the sheetrock damage.  The entire process was very professional and efficient.  I have used Handyman Matters before and recommend them.
