Miguel showed up and took all of 15 minutes to find the problem. He went to the shop found the part, came back, installed it and cool air came out the vents. The second technician discovered a broken part on the outside unit and replaced it. The second technician was very thorough and determined to find the problem. The first trip charge, with coolant, was $476.42. There was no service charge for the second trip, only for the new part, an additional $198.38."

"I originally requested a "check-up" of my AC system by using an Angie's List "deal." The check-up was scheduled the same day that I bought the deal from Angie's List. This was a pleasant surprise to me, since we are in the worst of the summer heat, and I expected to have to wait a few days (or even weeks) for the check-up visit. The rep from AC Pros was very professional, and even though he gave me the bad news that my coil was shot and needed to be replaced, I was pleased with his knowledge, and the fact that he took the time to show me the condition of the coil, and explained why he made this recommendation. Many of my neighbors have recommended AC Pros wholeheartedly on our neighborhood social network pages, and they are highly rated on Angie's List, so I was comfortable agreeing to their price without shopping around, so I accepted their quote and scheduled the work. The installation crew showed up a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time, and finished the job within 15 minutes of their estimate. They showed me the failed parts, clearly explained their activities, and completed the work as expected. They remained on site to confirm that the repair was successful, and cleaned up the work site. They even separated recyclables from the trash and put them in the proper receptacles. I will definitely return to AC Pros for any future work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of these services."

"The installation went well. Justin from sales is awesome and took all the inputs and scheduled the installation appropriately. The installation team Doug and JD are excellent. They worked very hard in the hot sun and installed very patiently. Very cooperative, cleared all the questions we have. We had an issue with the drainage of the purifier as it occupied our washer and dryer which prevented our washing machine installation and Costco denied the installation. But upon contacting prostar Doug or JD came and resolved the issue in no time. He installed the washer and dryer as well. Really appreciate the team and their services.."

It was not carelessness but a poor design by the builder of the home. Anyway, they agreed to fix it and the damage it caused, without any need for me to make a lot of noise. My only complaint was that the repair was long and drawn out taking 4 or 5 visits to complete and the repairman was good but never came on schedule."
