"Initially we had an inspection/estimate done, the inspector showed up exactly on time, quickly went under the hose, photographed the major issues, and showed me everything (I had been under there many times and he found things I never saw). The estimate was exactly what I expected (my neighbor hired them last year for a similar sized house) and the work would take 2 days due to the size of our house. We were scheduled for the next week.The actual work went extremely well, they showed up on time (with a 2 hour commute for them), started right away, the first day they created a corridor of plastic and cardboard/plastic to enclose their access to the outside (this was removed at the end of the day), so odor and debris wouldn't enter the house, they then completely cleaned out all vapor barrier, insulation and other debris, sealed all holes, ducts (with mastic), insulated uninsulated water pipes and ducts. This took about 6 hours, with 3 men. The 2nd day they put the corridor back up, installed all the insulation completed a bit more sealing and laid the vapor barrier. This took about 10 hours. The insulation was actually more tightly and completely hung than the original builder did. The vapor barrier was taped together into one continuous sheet, the original was just wide slightly overlapping strips. Upon completion I was invited down to inspect. All debris was bagged and at the end of each day was removed. Overall the work was very well done, very professional, the crew were courteous, responsive and very experienced. I would highly recommend these folks to others."

"Original crew did not put batted insulation on walls so my husband had to do their job. Second crew ( very conscientious guys) corrected the batted insulation job. Still waiting for someone to come back and blow more insulation in where the second crew had to go thru to fix the first crews job. 11"

"I bought an Ameristar (Chinese version of Goodman) AC unit and furnace from them. It went well. The outside unit had some cosmetic damage but they gave me a discount. (I told them we could either replace the cosmetic panels or a discount, I didn't care which) The work was done well enough for my technician's eye, but they weren't white glove service. (Of course I wasn't paying white glove prices either.) There were a few things they could have done better, but those things were mostly cosmetic and will be unlikely to impact the function of the unit. They did not have a problem with me being nosey and asking lots of questions, which to me is always a good sign. In the end I feel I got what I paid for and I am happy. :) I will probably call them back for service, if I remember to do service."

"Gus was very professional and personable. He gave me an estimate the same day I called (stopped by my home between jobs) and scheduled my service that day. Our project was slightly more complex as our bathroom fans were only vented just above the insulation line in the attic. Gus and his assistant were punctual, efficient and cleaned up after they finished."

"H & H Roofing did a great job, and in a very timely manner. I made the decision to replace my skylight, after the last storm proved it was leaking. I called many roofers, in which none would take the job. Paul came out the same day, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and replaced the skylight, as well as a vent that was showing the early stages of failure, at no additional cost. "John came to check on the skylight, which is an older version that has been discontinued. He ordered and came back with a part that might be substituted, but it didn't fit. Not willing to give up, he combed through a pile of old skylights and found a part that fixed the problem. Although he could have shrugged it off, he pursued it to a satisfactory conclusion. My gratitude goes to Dan for discovering the source of the leak, to Darius for contacting John, and to John for his determination to solve the problem. We've had some heavy rain and a winter's snow on the roof with no more leaking. <br /> Each of these men was professional as they indicated that my skylight leak was a problem to be solved satisfactorily. "Because there was so much damage throughout the region from the windstorm, especially due to falling trees, I had an extremely difficult time trying to get any roofing company to come take a look and give me an estimate for repairs on this rental property. Everyone was swamped for months. And priority was given to roofs that needed complete replacing, vs. partial repairs. Finally, Jimmy's Roofing agreed to come take a look. Unbeknownst to me, a contractor friend who had heard me talking about my frustration, had decided to help out, and had come and done part of the repairs just before Charles, a Jimmy's Roofing employee, come by to provide an estimate. I'd imagine Charles might have been unhappy to take the time to come by only to find most of the work done. But instead, he called me not only to let me know, but to pass on some information about part of the work that still needed to be done (although most was complete, some shingles still needed to be replaced and some dented edges of the roof also hadn't been fixed). This was very minor, not something Jimmy's would have expected to get involved in -- but Charles was still kind enough to take the time to let me know that he had come by, and noticed these repairs still incomplete --and thought I might want to know. I appreciated this extra effort so much! If ever I need another roof repair or a replacement in the future, I will definitely contact Jimmy's first because Charles made such a good impression on me!"
