"ECC installed a new condenser and coil. Tony, who is one of the owners, did the job himself with two assistants. He was very personable, respectful, and thorough in his explanation of the work. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner, the work zone was left in clean condition and the installation itself appears to be very neat and professional. My strong impression is that Tony and his co-owner, Ed, are two highly experienced and professional craftsmen in this business who take pride in their work and I appreciated having the actual owners, not salesmen and crews, developing the proposal and performing the installation. The entire experience, beginning with Lisa at the office, Ed, who developed the proposal, and finally with Tony and his team, was excellent and I will certainly hope to engage them for future HVAC needs."

"We were doing some upgrades in our older house and I wanted to have central A/C and to remove the old baseboard heating system. I contacted a couple of the larger A/C contractors and they all came in around the same price while using different manufacturers and in some cases even different sized systems. I found an ad for Green Heating and called Dan who quickly scheduled a visit. I liked Dan from the start. He's down to earth and personable. His price was excellent, he was a couple thousand dollars cheaper than one of the other contractors while quoting almost the same equipment (one of the components that Dan used was a new version than the other guy quoted). When we were finally ready for the installation, Dan worked with me to schedule the installation and he did it in the time promised and in the time frame he quoted. I like the system and we were very comfortable in our home this summer, which was hot and this was the first summer that we've had whole house AC. In 9 months we have had 0 issues with the system. I whole heartedly recommend Dan and will use him when general system checks or any maintenance is needed."

"Keith and Bunnie, the dynamic duo who both truly represent the model of what a professional family business should entail, have gone above and beyond the call of duty to meet my family's HVAC needs again for a second time in less than a year. This time my family's HVAC servicing needs required installing a digital/automatic fan operating whole house humidifier and removing a dated bypass whole house humidifier as well as a furnace tune-up. The installation involved much wiring, retrofitting the ductwork to accommodate the new humidifier, a little drilling from inside the house to the outdoors to install the outdoor sensor. By my own standards I am a tough customer in terms of my expectations, due diligence(research/questions/vetting competitive bids), taking contractors to task to ensure their compentence level meets my expectations. Keith is very friendly, accommodating, and a highly skilled craftsman who treats his professional with tremendous pride - which has always been on full display on both occasions during service visits. During the installation, Keith as a courtesy tapped/tie in pointed my secondary backup condensation pipeline into the existing pipeline that discharges into my sump pump to avert possible water leaks. My sumpump is connected to a French Trough Drainage System. It appeared that my home was being serviced by 3 professionals in 1 ( HVAC, Electrician, and Plumber). I was and continue to be impressed with Keith's vast knowledge as a HVAC professional and I am equally impressed with his wife Bunnie who handles the administrative side of the business/direct contact with the public. She is a pleasure to speak with and consistently anticipates the needs of the customer. I highly recommend Airco Heating Cooling."

Because of the expected large investment that I needed to make to replace both units, I went out for competitive bid with two other firms, both of which were reputable but larger, corporate-based firms here in southeastern Pennsylvania. (They advertise everywhere.) One of these firms was the incumbent with whom I had done business with for 23 years on both units with an annual maintenance agreement. Harmon HVAC came back with the best proposal, best price, and addressed my needs. Each of the other two firms tried to "up sell me" to include "bells and whistles" that I specifically did not want. The incumbent's price was also over $10,000 more than Harmon HVAC's bid... so much for being a loyal customer. After selecting Harmon HVAC, the installation took 3 days and was world-class. As a mechanical engineer, I pay special attention to the details and their work was some of the best work that I've ever seen in my 25+ year career in high tech engineering environments. Every aspect of working with Harmon HVAC is wonderful, from the friendly Office Manager (Mrs. Harmon) to working directly with the owner (Bruce Harmon) and his team."
