They brought it to my home that same morning and then came back in the afternoon to install it before the end of the day. After seeing their job I realized how flawed was the previous installation, they corrected a lot of the issues the previous installer had not paid attention to. The fact that two mechanical engineers were in charge of installing the unit gave me reassurance that the job was done up to very high professional standards. The gave me a lot of general advice on how to maintain and use the equipment and when they left everything was in good condition. They took care of registering the unit and send me the certificate of extended warranty. Will definitely use again for future needs and I highly recommend them."

"Garrett and three other technicians were timely for the appointment, courteous, professional, and did an excellent job. I did have a slight problem after the installation as my drip pan was filling up with water and cut off the condenser to the other AC unit I didn't have replaced. Dave, the president of the company came out on short notice and resolved the problem with my 20-year-old drip line (which was plugged). He had to make two trips to his house to get some tools and material to complete the job. You don't get that kind of care from most companies these days. I highly recommend Cypress Creek!"
