"Okay, so initially Dennis was fine. I thought Dennis was, you know, I'm trying to find what I had wrote. I put denizen really nice. He seemed nice and knowledgeable, but how would I know otherwise? The reviews were high. They don't charge to come out. He quoted me one One price. And when I asked about the other pipe leaking, he stated he didn't know that that pipe was leaking. He didn't look@that.He only looked at that the one that I showed. And I asked them, well, you're the plumber. Weren't you supposed to like inspect all the pipes? So, how would I know if other pipes are leaking? And then he went to go look again and he he came back, he gave me another price. It was like I could take, um, twenty-five dollars off. And then when I go back in there, he's cut another pipe. So he's cut three different pipes. So, had I not said, hey, this is what right here also. You were just going to fix that one pipe and walk out of my house, and I was going to have to call another person to come back out here. So you really didn't even like a** what was going on. So I don't even know if it's correct or not, because I'm not a plumber. So now I have to call another person to come. "

"We had leak that left a couple of water spots in our home and I called this company because of the good reviews. But we were indeed scammed, the technician quoted us $21k for a “bellying of our pipes”. We had mentioned to the tech that everytime we noticed the wet spots it was when we ran our dishwasher but he never checked our dishwasher or anything. We asked him to do the camera to check our pipes and he concluded the ‘pipe bellying’ due to ‘erosion’ (The pipe camera service is $450 btw, another ridiculous amount.) Well first of all, our home is a NEW build, its less than 5 yrs old so it ddnt make sense to me, plus who has 21k? We went ahead and hired a different plumbing company and within the first 15mins they concluded that it was our dishwasher that was causing the leak! I saw it with my own eyes. They said that i just needed to replace our dishwasher. They said that there’s nothing wrong with our pipes. Which totally makes sense because we noticed the leak everytime we used our dishwasher. Plus they fixed our garbage disposal for FREE compared to Texas quality plumbing quoted us $750 for a new one. How ridiculous. I called Texas quality plumbing because it was upsetting to get quoted 21k and i also asked for the video recording and pictures and a detailed report of the pipe camera service they provided and they cannot provide me with the report. They said ‘we can come out again and the tech will do it again and explain to you where he found the bellying’. They said that they dont even have the initial recording! Another thing to add, since we stopped using our dishwasher we haven’t had ANY LEAKS! PLEASE PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN USING THIS COMPANY AND MAKE SURE TO GET A SECOND OPINION! THIS COMPANY CHARGED US A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY AND THEY MISDIAGNOSED WHAT WAS WRONG! BOOK A DIFFERENT COMPANY! Attached are photos of their ridiculous prices. Also there’s nothing wrong with our toilets but they also added that we needed to replace them as well. 🤦🏽‍♀️"

Then he said they would have to replace my pipes and tear up my house which would cost over $3000 to repair. He took my $318. And told me it would go towards the repairs. I got a second opinion and they were able to unclog my tub drain for $420. And it?s working great WITHOUT having to tear up my house. I?ll probably never see the $318. They took for nothing. "I feel as though Rueben duped me! maybe i should just kick my own ass?! but he comes over, diagnoses the water heater (which is leaking from the bottom) as repairable without replacing the tank itself. just as other reviewers mentioned, the cold water inlet needed to be replaced at his recommendation, the spout needed replaced (to the tune of $510) ? he proceeds to turn the water back on and voila, water rushing from the bottom again ? he then says, oh your tank has a hole in it! tells me to put my ear to it, like i?m listening for a gerber baby ? not making this up at all .. so then he?s begun working on another $1,400 quote to replace the tank! am i wrong to feel duped by this professional?"
