"Had an issue with my heat, had to wait for two weeks to have the part come in, which I was OK with as when they left, the heat was working ( over $2,500). Unbeknownst to me at the time, they flipped (accidentally, I assume) the breaker to my septic. This caused issues where I had to call another contractor to check on that issue. That?s when we found the root cause was due to Landen?s negligence. I contacted them to try and receive a reimbursement (full or partial)of that fee ($150), which they refused. I then cancelled my annual inspection which was already paid for. They refused to refund that as well. Extremely disappointed is an understatement. "

"The APR21 initial HVAC installation was successful, and the heat pump worked fine during the cooler months. However, when summer arrived the condenser unit in the basement leaked, and the water damaged the basement carpet. The dominion service man discovered that the air filter (20x16) had NOT been installed during the initial HVAC installation, and based on his many years of experience that caused the overflow. Dominion still charged me for the visit, claiming that the new drain was clogged Mind you, this was an entirely new HVAC installation, and a clogged drain after 8 weeks of AC operation is not likely - except when the filter is not installed. This was my experience with Dominion Service Company."

Had to call someone from Columbia since apparently, they don't have plumbers in Charlotte (WTH?) even though they claim to have local plumbers. Guy charged me over $400 and told me they had to call another company to actually fix the problem. This company was also out of Columbia and didn't serve Charlotte. Plumber said he couldn't do anything and I had to call another plumber but did not offer any refund. Called another plumber and he fixed for a little over $100. Call Dad lost another customer!
