The whole process was easy from beginning to end with very clear and quick communication. Also had them repair an existing system at the same time that was quick, hassle free and got me fixed up properly. I want to especially thank Lonnie, Mr Wade and the Installers for their expertise and professionalism along the way. I am extremely satisfied with the Mitsubishi units that were installed and would highly recommend their services!!!"

"The appointment slot was from 8-12 but I got a call 30 minutes in advance. The technician, Jesse, was very nice and explained what he was doing. He told me how old my furnace was and to keep on top of maintenance. He didn’t try to sell me anything, just mentioned services that the company offered. We talked about duct cleaning (they don’t offer it) so that helped steer me away from doing it as they don’t think it’s very effective. He showed me rust in my furnace but said it wasn’t that bad and doesn’t need repair. Overall I thought the tuneup went well. I would use them again for furnace and AC work."

"In October the boiler that provides both heat and domestic hot water to my house expired and could not be repaired. Climatech and one other reputable company came immediately to determine my house's heating requirements and bid on a modern replacement boiler. Climatech was substantially less expensive and they were nice enough to juggle their installers' schedule so that I could get the new system installed ASAP as I had no heat or hot water for several weeks. The new system is much quieter than the old system, is more energy efficient, heats the house better and takes up much less space in my basement. This was an expensive project but I am very pleased with the value received and the service provided."

"My heat was out when I woke up. I searched the list and started calling to find someone who could come and fix our boiler. J A Sauer had availability and got me on their schedule. They gave me a call with a half hour notice of when the service tech would arrive so I had ample time to come back from work. Bill was waiting when I got there. He was very professional and even put on paper booties while walking through the house. He was able to diagnose the problem and had the replacement parts to fix the problem then and there. He explained what the problem was and what the repair would be. I opted to have him do a full system inspection while he was there and he was able to bleed my radiators, clean out my boiler tubes and heat exchanger. We were very thankful for J A Sauer's quick response as we were leaving for a week the next day and wouldn't have been able to leave the house without heat.
