"I purchased this service through an Angie's List Big Deal as I hadn't been able to find anyone locally willing to do several small jobs for a reasonable price. Dave (and his daughter, Amy) arrived at the pre-arranged time and began work promptly. He worked on the outside tile repair job, while she worked inside on the drywall crack. They were both very pleasant and efficient. Amy repainted the area herself where the drywall crack was repaired - a task other people would have left to the homeowner. They cleaned up after themselves well and left the area as neat as they found it. Dave returned the following day to caulk the tiles he replaced/repaired. I can't judge the overall quality of work based on these small jobs, but I have arranged for him to repair the rotting fascia board on my outdoor shed - a much bigger job. He said he would be able to do this by the end of this month, so we'll see how well it goes. So far so good and I'm glad to find someone willing and able to take on smaller jobs. This was a great deal for me and more than worth the cost of the deal!

As with most building work there were some unforeseen problems - e.g. more rubble in the roof than expected! The contractors delt with problems as they occurred. The finished work is better than what we had to start with! We were extremely impressed with the brick work - every effort was made to match it with our existing brick.The work is complete and we are very happy with it.
