We placed the order, scheduled the installation, and haven't thought twice about our decision. The windows are very high quality and we constantly get compliments from our guests about how attractive they are. The two man installation crew was prompt, courteous, and fast. They had 8 windows replaced by noon with now mess for us to take care of. I liked the fact that the installers weren't kids. I want my skilled labor hires to be experienced and able to problem solve on the spot. The bottom line is we are very happy with our Zen Windows and our experience with Dan's company. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. We found that the way the fan had been mounted, there was no way to replace it with a new fan. So he took the back with him to Dayton and found someone who could repair it. Then, he came back, put the fan back in, and cleaned the gutters and cut up and disposed of big tree limbs. It was such a relief to get the fan fixed!
