All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual. We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. The day of the job, Project Supervisor Marc arrived early and went over the entire job with the crew. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Andy picked up right away when I called to ask if he could take a look at my roof which had developed a tiny leak the night before. He said he could come out the very same day. When he arrived a few hours later he told me the roof was in good shape and should last another 7 years or so (the roof is 20 years old). The leak was being caused by a pipe boot which had deteriorated. He told me he'd get back to me later in the day with an estimate to replace the boots as well as to clean moss which had grown in a few areas. He ended up calling back a few hours later to say he could come out and replace the boots in an hour (he could schedule the roof cleaning within the next few weeks). So by the end of the day on the day I called he made the repair. He carefully explained what had to be done and how to do it properly and thought to use extra shingles I had stored in the basement. He was extremely nice, courteous, prompt and professional. He provided top notch service. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

"AJ texted me to let me know that he was 15 minutes out and arrived exactly when he said he would. I walked him thru the problem - he quickly ideated a solution and let me know what was the most cost effective solution. 
AJ was professional, clean, timely, and just a great guy. 
We were able to negotiate with the buyer and we ended not having to do the maintenance. I felt kinda bad - as I want to make sure companies like M&M succeed. He had me at showing up on time - and totally won me over with his approach and vision.
You would be an unfortunate person if you didn't give these guys a call and at least quote on your project. I know for my next project - in our new home - they will be the company I call.

"The windows were manufactured earlier than we expected and we were promptly contacted about installation. Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. The windows have definitely helped to eliminate draftiness in our home and helped to maintain a consistent temperature."
