She also helped a friend of mine (not an Angie's List subscriber or she would leave a review) arrange emergency service and she and John spent 15 minutes on the phone with her answering her questions. The comfort specialist, Chris B., was very responsive and helpful in helping me decide what to buy, as well as providing help after installation. The two installers, Chris M. and Justin B. were very personable and very neat during removal and installation of the furnaces. Overall, very satisfied. Very commendable job."
