"DB's has emergency service so, when the water line to my refrigerator was leaking late at night, they came out right away and replaced the line as well as the decrepit faucet that feeds it in the wall. The water line replacement moved pipes to a route under the house with no disruption to the walls. A small area about 18 inches square in the floor of the basement utility room was re-cemented, so there is no evidence of the replacement and they re-seeded the area in the front lawn that had to be dug up. This company has never failed me. They stand behind their estimates and never charge more. I highly recommend them."

Willis and his assistant arrived promptly and were confident in their assessment of the situation and their proposed solution. The Town had informed us the previous day that they should be contacted first to come and shut off the Town end of the supply for any repair work. Willis was respectful of this request from us and waited patiently for half an hour for the Town to send their people.
