"Excellent! The team worked diligently for 5 days to install a central air system in our old house with Plaster Walls. It was NOT easy, yet they did a fantastic job. They were able to add all ducts to the first floor with out any "chases" or enclosures requiring to be build. And almost none of our first floor lines up with our second floor closets, but they figured it out. Great time and fantastic service. Make sure you get Brandon and Sean. The work their butts off, and ensure your house stays clean (they cleaned up everything after every day - not an easy feat). Cannot say how happy am I with their work!"

"Couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Had leaks in the bathroom going down into the ceiling of the kitchen from a bad contractor who remodeled the bathroom. Called Ryan & Company to come take a look and the owner Bill came to take a look later that day. Sent out his technician Brandon, who was at our house at 8 AM the next morning to do the repairs. After fixing the leaking shower, we decided he should check the toilet and sink as well to be safe. Sure enough they both had leaks as well, Brandon was able to fix all three leaks very quickly and even did some extra caulking to enhance the appearance. The install process could have been neater, but we are picky. The heat pump is wonderful and we’re very happy with it."

"My central air conditioning stopped working on a Sunday night just a few days before I was leaving on vacation. I received a return phone call within minutes and an appointment scheduled for the next day. The technician was there promptly at the scheduled time, quickly diagnosed the problem (low refrigerant causing a safety shut off), and made the repair. He also suggested cleaning the interior of the condenser (13 years old, never done). I agreed and now I hope I will get a few more years out of the unit. I am so grateful for the very fast response time and successful resolution, so I can go on vacation with peace of mind."

"Except for fact that outside dryer vent cover was damaged (it was 32 years old and starting to crumble), actually cleaning of duct was fine. One caveat, if you need to replace your outside dryer vent cover, DO NOT pay the $60. for company to supply and install new cover. You can get it from Walmart or AMAZON for a fraction of the price ($5.19)!"
