When the thermostat was acting a little odd, he sent a technician over to calibrate it, free of charge. There was a small issue where I initially got the wrong specs for the electrical, and as a result I had the electrician install unnecessary circuits, but Marc reimbursed me for the cost."

"Our old gas furnace died during the series of snowstorms in February. Stephan came out the day after we called, to give us the bad news that the unit was so old, no replacement parts were available so the whole thing would have to be replaced. Not really surprising given the age of the unit. He also showed me where the water heater (of similar vintage) was corroding around the outlet pipe, so was also in need of replacement. Kris came out within a couple of hours to look over the house and recommended a couple of options. Zachary always had my interest at heart and ensured no corners were cut. The installation is much cleaner, and more correct than the previous tankless company did. Zachary even listened to my concern about the astectics of the exterior exhaust and quickly found an easier and cleaner looking way to address my concern. He also removed an old recirculation pump and replaced a new main house shutoff valve. The entire area was treated respectfully and left cleaner than they found it."
