"There is often considerable anxiety when a part of our home needs a major overhaul. Therefore, we rely on expertise and honesty of the contractor to whom we entrust both our home and our resources. Mr. Falcone came highly recommended. I can now see why. The initial assessment of the needed work could have easily been much more involved. A homeowner can sense how a real expert assesses damage and the plan of action with the glance of experience. Mr. Falcone could have easily proposed a much higher estimate for a far more involved work, but instead he reassured me that the damage that water had done over the years to my patio and garage were amenable to remedy for less than expected. He predicted a good outcome at the completion of work. Frankly, my expectations were surpassed. The outcome is actually excellent. Mr. Falcone saved both, the garage and its roof (which is a concrete patio) from decades of water damage. They now both look now safe, strong, dry and beautiful. He gave me honest advice, used the latest technology for waterproofing, and has given to both locations an appeal that they had long lost. I cannot be more satisfied. "My wife and I DO NOT use anyone who is not on Angie's List so we understand the importance of having accurate, fair reviews. We found Cary on Angie's List with overall great feedback on jobs he had done so we called him in for an estimate. Despite being very busy, he made the time to come over on a Saturday morning. He had previously dropped by and assessed the damage from the outside but needed to see it from the inside to ensure he could judge it accurately. After 15 minutes, our fears were realized and he said he would need to remove the cedar impression siding and remove the roof and replace it with a different system because the pitch wasn't steep enough. 
Within 48 hours, he provided a quote for his crew to come out and get the work done in a single day which was completely reasonable. He completed the work (guaranteed) as promised and left the site immaculate. He took pictures of the issue, of job progress and of the completed job. He mentioned he went around and filled some other issues he noticed while he was waiting for his crew to wrap up, no charge at all. He then discounted the quoted, agreed price 5% for angie's list deal I wasn't even aware of. Have you ever heard of a contractor accept less than an agreed price? Me neither.
Angie's List is a great resource for people to share experiences. I think the contractors who are honest and reasonable should be applauded too. We have been on the receiving end of some really lousy service so this was a new experience having someone do what they promised to do. Cary and his crew are the best in Monmouth County. We already have him pricing out finishing a storage space and will use him to build our deck in the spring. I cannot recommend Cary enough and you can reach me through Cary if you'd like to see his work firsthand.

Beginning with my request for a quote on Home Advisor for a drywall repair job, the manager/owner called me promptly and patiently worked with me to develop an estimate. Only days later, the worker arrived at my home at the agreed time. He was polite, professional, and came fully prepared. The worker was quiet and meticulous. His workmanship was excellent and I could tell he was dedicated to doing the best job possible. He was also very careful and attentive to my concerns (especially about plaster dust).
