"Yelpers are finicky. Pacific Heating and Cooling did a great job for my wife and I. We had them do a duct cleaning several months ago and they were top shelf. Booties on while in the house and great care taken to take care of our stuff. As a result we decided to have a consult on adding AC. Greg Jackson came out and went over current system, crawled under the house to inspect ducting and somehow came back in the house clean and wearing booties to go over our options. After a thorough review of what we had, asking about our goals and what we were most concerned with he developed three proposals. No pressure, no "today only" pricing, just a conversation. We chose to replace our okay furnace with an upgraded 96% efficiency furnace and added AC to our 1500 sq foot home. The price was about what I was expecting and they were able to begin installation the following week. "They installed the product faster than expected and were very professional. I noticed after they left that my backyard was actually CLEANER. They took the time to actually pick up some empty water bottles and trash that a previous work crew had carelessly left in the yard. When they had to move items in my garage they were carefully moved and actually organized better on the opposite wall. I asked that they leave them there. The unit is working great and I am amazed at the gallons of humidity it has removed from my home. I compare this to another big name company that I used to install air conditioning in my previous home. I went with the price and the big name. But I have learned that in central air it is really the installation that matters. My previous unit failed inspection and they had to come out and fix problems. When the fan came on there was a big 'bang' from the plenum over the furnace bulging out. They had not allowed a large enough air opening to get to the furnace so there was a whistling sound. Sure, it cooled the house but you really knew when it came on. I highly recommend Mercurio's for their installation work especially."

"I took my truck to Craig and gave him the details. He had his staff look over the truck on several occasions and even started it up first thing the following morning trying to duplicate the issue. The vehicle was down a half quart of oil but the engine was running fine. I had them change the oil with synthetic and replace the filter with Toyota parts. In addition, I asked Craig to go over the whole engine because It had just turned over 76k. Later that day, I went to pick up my truck and asked for their diagnosis... Craig gave me the all the details and informed me that everything looked great with my truck - yes that's right....there was NO up selling, just pure honesty. Unbelievable! Craig then slid the bill to me and it was a mere $65.00 for the oil change and checks. I was mentally prepared to pay up to $400.00 because of the time they spent with me and the vehicle. I asked Craig twice, is this price really correct??? He said yes... Just promise to come back at 90k when you'll need to get the truck serviced. I must say, I can't remember the last time I had such wonderful customer service. I will defiantly be back and let everyone know how wonderfully honest Turn Key Automotive is. What a refreshing feeling, trusting a service provider... :-)
