"Yelpers are finicky. Pacific Heating and Cooling did a great job for my wife and I. We had them do a duct cleaning several months ago and they were top shelf. Booties on while in the house and great care taken to take care of our stuff. As a result we decided to have a consult on adding AC. Greg Jackson came out and went over current system, crawled under the house to inspect ducting and somehow came back in the house clean and wearing booties to go over our options. After a thorough review of what we had, asking about our goals and what we were most concerned with he developed three proposals. No pressure, no "today only" pricing, just a conversation. We chose to replace our okay furnace with an upgraded 96% efficiency furnace and added AC to our 1500 sq foot home. "First started working with Joe getting a quote got 2 bids which the other was cheaper, but decided to get ranger since Mitsubishi is the “top line” he said which I googled and saw it too. We talked that he will put the drainage on the car port and the vent on the side of the house. So when the date of installment came Daniel was on time and he introduce himself. I let him do his job while I was doing my own with my 3yrs and 5 yrs kids. The job was quick so when I check outside I saw that the vent was mounted on my carport. So I called Joe and ask why it was mounted on my carport he said it was in the contract which I didn’t see on the instruction. And so I have to pay if we move it. I was so disappointed! Now I can’t close my carport if I want to get a garage since vent is there. So I have no choice if only Daniel check with me first right from the start what the plan is then there will be no problem! Well the job was done got no choice. Another thing Daniel have to come back two times to fix the drainage since it keeps on leaking my carport. It was finally fixed on the 3rd time when Jared was the tech that fix it. It was so disappointing and I regret that I chose ranger cooking and heating!"

"They installed the product faster than expected and were very professional. I noticed after they left that my backyard was actually CLEANER. They took the time to actually pick up some empty water bottles and trash that a previous work crew had carelessly left in the yard. When they had to move items in my garage they were carefully moved and actually organized better on the opposite wall. I asked that they leave them there. The unit is working great and I am amazed at the gallons of humidity it has removed from my home. I compare this to another big name company that I used to install air conditioning in my previous home. I went with the price and the big name. But I have learned that in central air it is really the installation that matters. My previous unit failed inspection and they had to come out and fix problems. When the fan came on there was a big 'bang' from the plenum over the furnace bulging out. They had not allowed a large enough air opening to get to the furnace so there was a whistling sound. Sure, it cooled the house but you really knew when it came on. I highly recommend Mercurio's for their installation work especially."

"We had rat damage to our insulation and ducts in our crawl space. In addition the vapor barrier needed to be dealt with. He did a great job as this was a tough area to work in. We also had him clean our dryer duct as it also was under the house. He took it apart and brushed it clean. We were so happy with all his work that we had him clean all of our furnace ducts with his power brush and vacuum."

"I took my truck to Craig and gave him the details. He had his staff look over the truck on several occasions and even started it up first thing the following morning trying to duplicate the issue. The vehicle was down a half quart of oil but the engine was running fine. I had them change the oil with synthetic and replace the filter with Toyota parts. In addition, I asked Craig to go over the whole engine because It had just turned over 76k. Later that day, I went to pick up my truck and asked for their diagnosis... Craig gave me the all the details and informed me that everything looked great with my truck - yes that's right....there was NO up selling, just pure honesty. Unbelievable! Craig then slid the bill to me and it was a mere $65.00 for the oil change and checks. I was mentally prepared to pay up to $400.00 because of the time they spent with me and the vehicle. I asked Craig twice, is this price really correct??? He said yes... Just promise to come back at 90k when you'll need to get the truck serviced. I must say, I can't remember the last time I had such wonderful customer service. I will defiantly be back and let everyone know how wonderfully honest Turn Key Automotive is. What a refreshing feeling, trusting a service provider... :-)
