He was cheerful, friendly, and eager to be friendly and accommodating. He came the next day to evaluate the problem and to provide a written and reasonable estimate. Upon tackling the job, Robert found it to be more ticklish than originally thought. He was absolutely correct. It involved a shopping trip for additional supplies so that the finished job wasn't jury rigged. Despite the extra time and trouble, the final price did not change from Mr. Magliulo's estimate. The finished job proved to be a safe and professional solution to a serious problem we hadn't even been aware of. Mr. Magliulo made certain that we knew we could call on him if there was any problem. There hasn't been. We were delighted and grateful. I would recommend Easy Flow to anyone requiring plumbing services!"

Technicians came on time, were professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They worked on the dryer and vent for almost 2 hours. Poor communications within their company meant they sent a crew here for a few hours not knowing what to do or equipped to do it. Had to reschedule for another date. Maybe they are fine with new fixtures in new homes, but we have an older house (1900) and wanted to install older fixtures to match. A few of these fixtures needed some basic, easy to obtain parts. One of the electricians in the crew knew what he was doing, but another was clearly uncomfortable with the older fixtures and ultimately unable to install two of them. They did honor their price quote, and show up on the date(s) they said, albeit a little late, and most of their work was OK. But communications with the company and some of the work did not inspire confidence."

She called me soon after I placed my request on Home Advisor and walked me through everything and was also available after typical business hours. This was great since I'm typically not out of work until after 5:30 pm. She communicated with me every step of the way, either by e-mail or phone, and explained the costs before any work. I think we spoke on a Wednesday and they were out on Friday morning (due to my tenants' preference) and had already replaced the aging water heater by Saturday morning. I was very pleased with their customer service and prices. I will definitely hire them again in the future."
