Fusion had the median of all the other contractors’ price points who I conferred with for completing the work. They also displayed the most confidence in being able to do the work to my satisfaction and rectify the poor craftsmanship that the original contractor exhibited. For the most part, the end result was acceptable, there was just some DIY work remaining which I had not anticipated. I acknowledge that retrofitting old flex lines and collars will afford some margin of error for exactness, but simple predesign calculations would have mitigated the problems observed post completion. Also, the insulation wasn’t complete as agreed upon, but I was able to install insulation for complete coverage of the whole duct on my own."

"I contacted Alure in July 2020 sales person came and I picked out all of the materials for my relatively small bathroom. I was doing this to remodel the bathroom with a tankless toilet in order to create more room I was assured that this could be done. The process began on September 22. Unfortunately there was A problem after the bathroom was demolished I was told I could not install the tankless system because of a pipe in the wall. A new toilet was ordered and installed. Let me say that the demolition workers the plumbers and the tile man we’re all great even though the jewelry demolition crew threw out my radiator cover and I had to have a new one built. There was a problem withThe tile they sent two different colors for the trim ones they said send the correct color they didn’t send me enough and when they sent more tiles they still didn’t send enough.. In total my project took 27 days not including weekends. I love my new bathroom it came out beautiful however was it worth the cost and even more was it worth all of the time I lost I really don’t know. Unfortunately I would not have another project done by law without a guarantee that this project could’ve been done faster.A big factor in their advertisement is that they can complete any bathroom in five days and this is not true"

"I requested an estimate for repair and was offered a very fair price and I accepted. He immediately proceeded to make repairs avoiding havint to make a return trip. Repairs were made with professional and thorough. Made sure all panels around the damaged area were retuned to their correct location and all tacked down. Very satisfied and will call him for any future damages or repairs requirements."

"I have purchased 3 systems from A/C Masters now as I have a number of rental homes. They have given me competitive prices but what sticks out about them is their service and their willingness to honor their warranties when things go wrong. While I have had several issues with the Carrier units they installed, they have been there with me to get them fixed and the tenants back with heat or AC quickly. The most recent was last night when they came out on short notice, fixed the unit quickly and professionally. The technician was wonderful from what I heard...knowledgeable and professional. "Amazing. Completely satisfied with the work that was completed. JT used D.C. Stucco and Plaster to complete the job, and I couldn't be happier with the service and the results of the repair. I had a hole in the ceiling from where someone stepped through the ceiling from the attic that was repaired and a crack running across my bedroom ceiling from water damage that was repaired. Both were fixed in less than 2 hours and done right! Plus, I have a scallop pattern on the ceiling that was matched perfectly. "I initially called George due to an ant problem over the summer. They literally disappeared after his treatment! While he was doing his treatment, he spotted other rodent issue. He was willing to show me, but I passed. I asked him about a service agreement since I have children and dogs and I didn't want any further issues to arise. Before each service, his office assistant calls a day or two in advance to remind me of the appoitnment and he emails me the invoice with a signature from his technician.
