"Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them."

"DO NOT USE! On July 25th a tenant called at a rental property of mine saying it was 80 degrees in the house. So I called One Hour to come out and fix it. When I called their number they got someone out there within a few hours. Before they send someone out they collect a $99 service charge and the lady on the phone said it would be applied to the service. Fast forward the technician is there and says he checked for a leak and there isn?t one but it needs two units of refrigerant. When he said it was $350 I asked if the $99 would be applied and he said no because it wasn?t a repair. I told him to just go ahead and fix it because it was hot in the house and I couldn?t not fix it in the Texas heat with tenants in the home. There is more to the review but not enough space on here so feel free to look at my Google review or Yelp for the rest. "

"My AC stopped blowing cold on a Saturday night during a heat wave in Houston. I called Bellaire AC Sunday morning, and Charles came out the same day. He obviously had a lot of calls that day because he arrived around 8:00 p.m. I don't know that most AC technicians would be willing to continue working that late. If he hadn't come I would have checked into a hotel because it was over 85° in my condo at that point. It turned out the condenser fan had stopped working because of a bad capacitor. Charles replaced the capacitor and put in about 3 lb of coolant. Charles is very knowledgeable. As he was working he explained the technical details of how the system works and what he was doing. I will call Bellaire Air Conditioning again the next time I need them, but hopefully that won't be for a long time."

I have asthma and I had concerns about my air conditioning systems. I got two other bids and their bid was more than competitive. They did the work in a timely fashion, despite having to wait because the ground was so wet. They put down protective covers for the floors and wore booties so that they did not damage my wood floors. Their communication was great. I never write reviews but this company deserves everything I say, and even more."
