"Green City Heating & Air Conditioning was phenomenal to work with. During a busy summer, Jeff made time to visit my house and talk through all the options for heat pumps – and explained various pros & cons of the systems so that even a first time homeowner like myself felt knowledgeable and empowered to make a decision. Once I made a choice for a heat pump, his team stayed on top of notifications throughout the supply chain crisis of 2021, keeping me up to date about when the equipment would arrive in order to schedule the installation. The installation team were totally professional, friendly, and quiet! They were courteous around the house and very mindful not to let our cats our while working at hour house. The installation was totally completed within the single day, and at the end I was given a very thorough explanation of every piece and how it worked. I would absolutely call Green City for any future HVAC needs. 10/10 highly recommended."

"I have been impressed with Robby Courson's professionalism, honesty, and work ethic with each home visit. Robby truly cares about his customers and take the time necessary to provide detailed information on the product. We chose Ranger Heating & Cooling originally based on customer reviews and professional courtesy. We continue to hire Ranger because of those same standards. Having experienced lousy customer interactions with many service-oriented industries recently, it is such a pleasure to be on the receiving end of exceptional customer service. Many kudos to all the staff at Ranger Heating & Cooling."

"They were able to get me scheduled very quickly so I would not be without heat for long. Other companies had long waits or would charge a significant after hours fee. They even called other times to see if I was available to get to me sooner. The tech arrived on time and tuned the repair call into a service call when the furnace started working. It was determined the furnace needed parts and the tech scheduled a bid for a new furnace when the estimate of $1500.00 was given for a new motor and heat exchanger. The bid for new furnace and installation from Pacific was $6800.00. I went with another company when I received another bid of $3000.00."

"My husband like the technician Mr. Roland because he explained what is wrong with our old heat pump and what need to be fixed and give us the estimate right away. We called several companies but most just want to replace and not repair."

We pride our company on reliability, great communication, integrity, and quality work. We are experts in our trade and will do our best to keep you as educated as we can on your particular task or project. We look forward to earning your business!\n

"They went to bat for us over a heat pump that died. The company that manufactured the heat pump knew there was a problem and Puyallup Heating has been really good at helping people get a new one put in. We had to pay $150 for them to write a letter stating this was another heat pump that was installed and the part had malfunctioned again. We had a call back a week later and they said they weren't going to do anything. We paid $150 for a letter and they're not going to fix it? She was very gracious and said "I agree with you, it shouldn't be that way, this hasn't happened before". She said, "let me see what we can do." They were able to come back and put a new heat pump in. They were very punctual. They did what they said they were going to do. They are very professional.  They really helped us."

"Rob contacted me before noon, and we scheduled the AC tune-up project for the same day! Rob did such a good job tuning up my ac. In addition to it, he found out that the heater filters were greasy filty! He gave me the choice to have them cleaned by him or to have cleaned by me as long to have done sooner than later. I am so glad that he was willing to take that additional project on the same visit. I had the heater inspected and tuned last year around fall time by another contractor. I highly recommend HVAC Service Pros for heating and cooling projects. I am very pleased with HVAC performance! Definitely, I will have HVAC for yearly maintenance and everything to do with heating/cooling needs.! Rob, I really appreciate your patience, professionalism, and for sharing your knowledge with me about regular care of my ac/heater systems. I learned a lot with you! Thank you! Tessa"

"I now live out of state and I am unable to be home for repairs, their were able to accommodate my needs with no issue. Very military friendly company."

"Prompt, clean quiet, professional, good price. Pretty much what you would expect for your money. Heat pump and air handler and some ductwork changes. I'd recommend them."

"Honest, competitively priced, close attention to detail and great customer service. After careful analysis of what my needs were and within my price range, a Ductless Heat pump was installed. This system has reduced my heating bill over $100 a month. I love it! I highly recommend this company."
