"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"After talking with several plumbers, I decided to use Southeast Plumbing and Gas. Brian answered all of my questions and quoted me a very competitive price. Brian installed a new dishwasher, put in a new tankless water heater (plus ran new electrical for the unit) and some other smaller fixes. He was professional, courteous, and did the work for what he quoted. He also tackled some additional plumbing issues that cropped up while he was doing everything else. "Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. "Mr. Hicks is a very professional, honest, friendly, knowledgeable person. He helped me to choose which system was best for me and my budget. He if didn't know the answer to a question that I asked, he made sure to find the answer and get back to me right away.
Mr. Hicks scheduling was awesome. He was able to come out the next day to complete the installation and he made sure I was aware of his arrival time and if there was going to be any delays. Once he arrived, there were current issues with cut wires under my home. He never said once he wouldn't be able to completed the job nor he can come back another day. He did the ultimate thing, he bought more wires and installed it himself with no complaints. I have never encounter a person like him and for this, I am grateful.

"They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."
