He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."

"I go through them sometimes and I have mixed feeling about them. You can elect to cover as little or as much as you want and for a yearly price they will cover it. You have to use their providers. Sometimes their providers are good and sometimes they aren't. Sometimes they want to keep fixing something that's obviously broken rather than replace it. That's my criticism. I've had them for many years. I live alone and so I feel like big ticket items, like if I have to have my air replaced I can go through them. Over the years I've had water heaters replaced, air conditioners replaced. I think the price is a little high but if you need a big item replaced it is totally worth it.
I think that sometimes they don't use the best products that are available. I think that like everybody they are trying to get by with the least that they can do it with the contract for these companies. It's that kind of a thing, price driven."
