Jose did a great job of trouble shooting the problem with my furnace and showed me which part was defective. He had to special order the replacement parts which took a few days. Soon after he left, someone dropped off two space heaters to keep our house warm until the parts arrived. Jose then installed the new parts and checked out the entire furnace to see if there were other problems. He took photos to help show what the problem was. He was efficient, conscientious, polite and thorough. The office staff and Jose kept me up to date on when he would arrive at my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Air-Tech again if the need arises. "We have used Darrow before for our unit and the condo association and were extremely satisfied. We called him again when our heating unit stopped working. We called on a Friday afternoon and we asked if he could come out the next day or Monday and he insisted that we not wait (since we were having a cold spell) and came out the next day and worked around our schedule. He's friendly, knowledgeable and his price is always fair and reasonable (and he didn't charge extra for a weekend). He also diagnosed the problem right away and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. He also noticed on the roof a problem with our neighbor's unit and he replaced the cover to a water spout so they wouldn't get water leaking in (and did it at no charge).
