"Dan from Laury Heating Cooling & Plumbing arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly He assessed the situation to determine there wasn't a problem with the heating unit but with the wall mount controller He left me know what my options were and then quickly fixed the problem I would recommend him to anyone So glad he was the individual who responded to my service request"

"Climate Mechanics worked hard to make sure we had both systems replaced on the same day and before the summer heat started. Nathan provided excellent service and communication throughout the whole process, from the first visit through the install. We are very happy with our systems and are confident knowing we are working with a local company that will be there for the service and maintenance of the units."

"Clay’s always does a thorough, quick and commendable job. The office staff is accommodating when needing to schedule service, the communication regarding the arrival time of the tech is spot-on, the the tech clearly explains what he did, next steps (if any), and will even review the systems performance after previous repair/service. Can’t recommend them enough! (We sign up for the yearly service contract.)"

"I will recommend Heating Specialities Inc. to everyone. Eddie Was great and very knowledgeable also very dedicated to getting the job right!!"

"This company exceeded my expectations. They responded same day and I'm very pleased with services to repair my existing heater. A competitor was trying to take me for a ride. I would recommend this company for honest, customer centered care, and reliable service."

"Great customer service and very professional. The down side are a few areas; technician asked hecf a screwdriver to open the dump pump panel. I would presume thus is something that t you would come into the home with rather than going go back to your truck for. I was told the primary sump pump was not working and we needed to replace. Price initially quoted was a bit high. After some minor negotiations we got thus down to a manageable number. I was told during the initial induction that hand horsepower would work best. Technician comes back with a third horsepower. After some questions as to why the switch I was told this is what he had in his truck. After this comment I was done. Credibility went out the door. Waste of time."

"They accidentally overcharged me by a $114, in which I had to call them to get my refund. I felt the price was a little steep being that they did not actually have to repair anything. When they came to my home they found that there was a little piece of plastic stopping the shut off valve (for the toilet) from completely closing. This was a 5 minute diagnosis repair that cost over $240. I do not mean to complain ,but is this the average cost for something like this? The technician himself was extremely professional and pleasant, and the service was great overall."

"We are absolutely satisfied with the service we received from this company. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable, and we have confidence in this company’s ability to take care of our HVAC from this point on."

"We received excellent service from NILES HULL, who performed a pipe repair for a hose attachment in our driveway. The job was $533, and was done well, with pleasant, knowledgeable service. I highly recommend Harris as we've used them for many plumbing and electric projects in recent years. NILES HULL was knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to detail. They stand behind their work.
