Jose did a great job of trouble shooting the problem with my furnace and showed me which part was defective. He had to special order the replacement parts which took a few days. Soon after he left, someone dropped off two space heaters to keep our house warm until the parts arrived. Jose then installed the new parts and checked out the entire furnace to see if there were other problems. He took photos to help show what the problem was. He was efficient, conscientious, polite and thorough. The office staff and Jose kept me up to date on when he would arrive at my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Air-Tech again if the need arises. They are top notch."

"We have used Darrow before for our unit and the condo association and were extremely satisfied. We called him again when our heating unit stopped working. We called on a Friday afternoon and we asked if he could come out the next day or Monday and he insisted that we not wait (since we were having a cold spell) and came out the next day and worked around our schedule. He's friendly, knowledgeable and his price is always fair and reasonable (and he didn't charge extra for a weekend). He also diagnosed the problem right away and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. He also noticed on the roof a problem with our neighbor's unit and he replaced the cover to a water spout so they wouldn't get water leaking in (and did it at no charge). We're always apprehensive any time we have to hire someone for repairs, but Darrow has proved himself to be our go-to person for heating (and air conditioning should we need that). "I can't possibly rate this company high enough. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the office staff and the professionalism and promptness of my service person, Chris. My preventive maintenance window was from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Chris arrived at 10:00 a.m. He set about to check out my A/C system, added R22 (is it still called Freon?) coolant and cleaned my A/C unit. What was also refreshing is that I did not get a hard sell for any additional products, services or systems.  I am a new customer and will be a repeat customer. I asked if they also maintain and service heating units and received a yes answer. They will see me again for sure."

"Breezeway was very nice. They were prompt and did a good job. However, we negotiated them fixing one piece of ducting. They didn't fix it and said that, if we found that it continued to have problems, they'd come back and repair it. Well, it needed to be repaired when it was clear that it still wasn't working. Breezeway became unresponsive to numerous attempts to get in touch. So, while I thought they did a great job in the beginning, their lack of follow through left a bad taste in my mouth. For that reason, I'm not going to call on them again.
