They took pictures and they were finished and explained what they did. They even informed me of an issue with my furnace intake pipe, which I really appreciated. I will update my review or place a new review in about six months to see how much I’m actually saving on my energy bills. "

This is the second time they have undertaken a major project at our house; two years earlier they renovated our kitchen and two baths, installed new windows throughout the house, and painted the interior. They arrive on time as promised and work steadily and hard throughout the day--in this case working outdoors all day in the summer heat and humidity. All work is billed on the 1/4 hour. Payment is due upon completion, we accept cash, check or credit cards.

On one faucet, he worked on it for four hours and two trips to the hardware store. I called them and told them he was incompetent and needed some help. They refused. All three fixtures quickly came loose and I just spent $220 with another firm to tighten his bolts for him. The next time a customer tells you that your plumber is in over his head, take them seriously and send someone to help him."
