"This was a replacement of old furnace and a/c.  Quality scheduled the dates almost 2 weeks in advance, showed up exactly on time, and accomplished the job in less than the 2 days they allowed for it.  They sent 2 techs the first day to break down the old furnace and a/c, haul it out of the basement, and install the new equipment.  The second day 1 tech came and finished the set-up in a half day.  Both young men were professional, courteous and great on small details.  They cleaned up after everything they did.  The owner of the company, Rick, came in a few days later and went over the operation of the Bryant systems in detail and answered my questions fully.  I've run both a/c and heat with no problems.  I worked in the Building industry for over 30 years-these guys are top notch.

"The salesman was very knowledgeable about the product. I was super impressed with the installers. They were punctual, knew their product, kept everything clean, and were professional. I did experience sticker shock, though. I was surprised that I didn't receive a follow up call from the company after installation. I paid for an extension on my breaker, which I didn't need and wasn't done. I left a message with my salesman and did not receive a call back. I spent a small fortune, and expected better customer service. If I were grading on installation alone, I'd give them an A+. But the lack of a follow up was disappointing."

"Purchased through Costco which uses Weatherking as their local contractor. The Costco purchase involved a little more paper work and payment upfront but saved 10% and was explained upfront and was a smooth transaction. Sales and Techs were all very professional. Sales was clear and provide multiple options and was not pushing the highest price one. Install went smoothly and was started and completed on time. They came back a couple months later to start the AC since the it was too cold during the install and were able to do so quickly after I called to schedule."
