"I had a water treatment system installed by Wayne. Before purchase he spent lots of time with me explaining the system and answering questions. He was friendly and was not like the high-pressure salesmen of some other water treatment companies. Great value."

"Moved into a house to find that due to neglect and lack of maintenance, the water softener system was all but dead. Called companies in to give advice and all said that replacing the system was the best way forward (at the cost of thousands of dollars). I called up Wayne and he came by to review the system and gave the same prognosis but offered to dismantle and rebuild the water softener system. He has even developed his own special tools to do it, something no other company offered to do. After 3 months, the results from his work are still spectacular and only cost me a couple of hundred bucks when he could have easily taken thousands of dollars from me. Not only that, but he has also called/visited me regularly to check on the system, advised me on small changes to make to optimize it and even happily gave advice on the phone whenever I called him with a question or concern. I also asked that he update my reverse osmosis filter system in the kitchen. Although he admitted that the technology was old and needed replacing, he advised me to squeeze the last ounce of life from the system before calling him again later in the year to change it. I cannot rate Wayne and his work highly enough. He is knowledgeable, he has a passion for his work (something of a rarity in people these days) and he takes on the customers problem as his own personal problem. He will never lie to you as I see he has a conscience and fairness in the way he deals with business. He will be my go-to guy for all things water from now on."

"Janice was awesome! Excellent customer service, very informative, and prompt with all communication (phone, email, and even text). Chase came out to diagnose and walk me through all the options. He was great about listening to my needs and not trying to oversell me on anything. I asked about other plumbing items around the house (water filtration/softener and drain cleaning), and he showed and explained all those as well. He even drained my sprinkler system while he was there so it wouldn't freeze/break. Installation of the water heater was well done. They also had to go on the roof and attic to make sure the vent pipe was good to go."

"The plumber they sent out was great. No complaints. We paid top dollar for two new toilets, both to be installed. The water wasn't on most of the time because of leaks in the piping. We discovered a broken/leaking toilet subsequent to the installation. The company refuses to honor or provide any warranty / guarantee. We spent thousands of dollars with this company... to refuse to repair/replace a defective toilet is just the type of service no one wants."
