This is the second time they have undertaken a major project at our house; two years earlier they renovated our kitchen and two baths, installed new windows throughout the house, and painted the interior. I hired Retrofoam to fix a specific issue with a drafty, cold, west-facing room on my first floor. The initial experience was fine and I hired them based on their slick marketing and sales pitch. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. In hindsight, the assessment felt rushed, but I trusted their expertise when they recommended removing the fiberglass insulation and spray-foaming rim joists. When I sent a video showing that the draft problem wasn't fixed, they essentially ghosted me until I left a one-star review here.
