"First of all the salesman was straight forward, there was no over selling on how good the products are and everything else.  The guy was very good.  He went to give me a quote within 20 minutes, he explained what he would do.  He was professional and urged me to get a hold of the Columbia gift because they have a program with Columbia guests where they pay some of the cost which I got about $600 off.  The total cost was $1800 and I got a rebate for $628.  So I was very happy with that.  He first tried to see by giving me a quote if it was what Columbia offers.   <br /> <br /> They were very responsive to emails that I sent them.  The younger kids that came out were very good.  They did not mess around and was very focused on what they were doing.  They did a very good job cleaning up.  I was overall very happy with everyone that I dealt with in that company.  The amount that I paid for was very good.  I noticed a big difference with my air conditioning unit already.  They came out for the quote and the gentlemen who did the installation all came right on time.  "

"From the begininng, Dan showed up for the estimate exactly when he said he would. He thoroughly explained the estimate to me, and the estimate was itemized so that anyone could understand the cost breakdown. His employees arrived on time. They checked in every morning, told me what they were going to be doing. The house is brick with plaster interior walls, so they had to remove bricks from the exterior wall to access each stud bay. They process is not a clean one, what with the dust from the grout going everywhere, but the guys cleaned up everything, and they didn't so much as break a branch off of any of my plants outside. They swept up after themselves, they were polite and friendly. Dan called me in the morning if there was going to be any delay. I would DEFINITELY use them again"

"Very happy with the product and install, except when some foam came through two of my outlets I called the company and was told someone would come out and clean it up and take the covers off and take care of it. When they arrived they only broke the dried foam off the outlets and asked me to make sure they were working by plugging something in. I was dissatisfied that they did something I could have done myself and he never removed the electrical cover to clean around the outlet as I was told they would do. I wouldn’t have called if I knew that was all he was going to do. Other than that, happy with the product."
