They replaced all the electrical and plumbing, tore out the old floors, leveled the bathroom (which was 2" lower on one side than the other to begin with), Closed in the sun porch that is now the bathroom, moved the bath from the current closet, and put the laundry in our closet. They custom build the cabinets in the kitchen and refinished the wood floors. I am extremely happy with all the work they did. Especially loving the potfiller and wall tap in the kitchen and the shower and huge soaking tub in the bathroom. The closet system is completely custom. They added the windows and re-insulated the space. Then they did the drywall. It is all so very well done! Thank you Aspen! Will recommend to all my friends and definitely use for my next bathroom remodel."

The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors has said foam board insulation can last up to 100 years if properly installed. Some insulation materials can suffer from water damage or start to sag over many years, thus reducing their insulating ability.
