Gave me a full walk through and didn't leave until all was tested. New shut off valve, new flue, rehung expansion tank in a better location. Salesman stopped by during the installation to check on things. As it turns out, I believe they were the first to contact me as well after the listing and their price held up. All A+!"

"Installed 8-24-20 - Diego recently installed a new gas furnace with central a/c to replace an old oil system. He and his technicians are very accommodating and straight forward. He took care of everything exactly when he said he would. The entire job only took a day and he made sure all of the inspections and permits with the town were taken care of. I always prefer working directly with the owner and Diego was a great example of why, I have no issues recommending him and his team."

"The line was in the rafters of a high ceiling of the cellar. It led to an outside gas line (for a gas grill hookup) that was capped off at the house. I wanted to replace the valve rather than cap it off. This was a two man job of a plumber, Rob and his assistant. Rob had to get into the window well and work above his head in a very cramped space. This was complicated by having a large porcelain washtub directly under neath it, blocking access. Rob was extremely careful when climbing to get to the valve. They put down a plastic sheet to protect my washer and the sink, and used their ladder to get over to the wall and window well. Rob cut out the valve and put in a new one that is easy to open and close. He had his assistant check the position of the outside outlet as he worked until he adjusted it so the outside outlet was not turned askew. Btw It was raining and his assistant noticed mud on his boots, and asked for a paper towel when we got in the house...he used it to wipe up his footprints from the mud from his shoes as he walked... Rob checked for leaks and found none. They took any of the debris with them, and left everywhere they were spotless. Also, their last job was running longer than anticipated, and they called to let me know even though at least 30 minutes before. It was only about 15 minutes. Well mannered and professional...Could not have been better!

"We were having heating and AC problems in our new home. 3 technicians, seven weeks and quite a bit of money later, nothing had been solved. We turned to Angi's on a recent Saturday looking for help. Sam from Overall called within minutes of our query and a time was set for him to come by and assess our situation. We have an uncommon high velocity air conditioning system that was a challenge for the other technicians. At first, our plan was to replace the AC. Sam inspected our system and determined all that was needed was a new condenser unit, which saved us money. Our other problem was with our forced air heating upstairs which is part of the AC system. What 3 technicians could not figure out, Sam fixed in twenty minutes. Sam is true professional; he is knowledgeable, patient and personable. We will be using Overall for all our future HVAC needs."

"Had a high velocity a/c issue and getting run around by orignal installer who I will blast for unprofessionaliism if he ever is listed here. Frustrated, called CC based off Angies reviews. Lisa was very pleasant and attentive to my long winded explanation, had me speak to Mo who took time talking to me. I asked if he could take a look at unit , he did and said it was operating but not cooling properly but that a full pressurized check of system was best done when weather warms. He was going to leave without a service charge but I asked him if he could winterize furnance, thought quote could have been lil lower for that but agreed because I appreciated his directness and honesty on dealings. Lisa quickly made appt to fit my schedule and Mo and helper were puntual on call as well as prompt responding to night call to check on pressure gauge that they replaced. Service cost all in."

"I must say that Temp control LLC from Woodbridge is one of the best companies around based on my experience with them. I called on a Saturday, Shai came a few hours later, performed the service, explained what the issues were and the next day he called back to ask if everything was doing well. Where do you find service like that? I can say without hesitation that anyone who gives a bad review to this company is either a competitor or someone who wants to damage this company on purpose because you cannot find this type of service anywhere. I had never used Angie's list before, but based on facts, I definitely will going forward. Bella"
