"He was prompt, professional and very courteous. We have a newborn, so dealing with a leak was not something I could handle right now. I don't have a ton of experience with chimney repair so the price seemed on the high end of reasonable, but he was responsive on the first day and came to do the repair as soon as weather permitted. We just had our first rain since the repair and everything stayed very dry. Well worth any additional expense."

The only reason i did not rate the price is that before even doing the firmal work, having spotted a safety issue with our current brickwork, he quickly went to work, without my even asking, repairing/re-pointing the two steps of our front door portico (cleaning up as well).
